Terry Z. Barash

Terry Z. Barash brings over 17 years of corporate experience to his work as a Business Edge High-Impact Executive Coach.  He has a track record of driving organizational process efficiencies through the application of business coaching and cutting-edge collaborative technologies, resulting in improved productivity, significant cost savings and identification of new business opportunities.

His corporate experience in a Fortune 100 company includes positions in Product Development, Project Management and Information Technology. More recently he has been responsible for cultivating a collaborative culture within the global enterprise.  In this role, Terry managed activities such as best practice replication, marketing, consulting, training and education.  His efforts resulted in reported efficiency of several million dollars.

Terry is highly effective in coaching people to lead rewarding lives that make a difference both professionally and personally.  By balancing compassion with the ability to talk straight, he has a distinct ability for getting to the root of the situation and removing roadblocks, no matter how challenging.  His clients are left with the power and freedom to produce extraordinary results.

Terry has a B.S. degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Michigan – Ann Arbor.  Additionally, he has completed courses in Facilitation, Virtual Teams, Personal Productivity, Communications and Coaching.

A native of Michigan, Terry is a board member of his local youth soccer league as well as a volunteer soccer referee.  He recently started and leads a men’s study group within his church.  He resides in Sterling Heights, Michigan with his wife Melanie and three boys ranging from 5 to 10 years of age.
