The beginning of any evolution process is to first establish a client baseline. The Assessment State establishes a performance benchmark to measure ROI and the effectiveness of the High-Impact Coaching.
►Discovery (2):
The Discovery Dialogue™ is the creation session in which the client and the coach create key objectives and committed outcomes for the engagement.
►Completion (3):
Here the client and the coach go to work and look at the desired future. The Operating Habits Workout ™ distinguishes what is in the way of the new future arising.
►Design (4):
The intended and desired future is created.
►Reinvention (5):
The reinvention process begins. Coach and client reinvent, alter and or create old habits and ways of thinking, thereby replacing them with new and empowering habits consistent with the newly-designed future.
►Action (6):
Ongoing coaching takes place in this State. It is where the” rubber meets the road”. The coach and client design actions and activities consistent with the overall development objectives.
►Practice/ Reflection:
This support State is designed to give the coach and client the opportunity to practice and reflect before finally implementing new, consciously chosen actions.
►Fulfillment (7):
The new future becomes a reality. The client starts experiencing a new and powerful way of being that is fresh and invigorating.
